UConn point guard Marcus Williams (5) rans the Huskies offense for parts of three seasons that were interrupted with amongst other things, criminal charges for on campus lap top thefts. Williams was able to overcome that and became a trusted player on the court for Jim Calhoun and he has parlayed that into a NBA career with the New Jersey Nets.
Williams is shown in a 2006 game against Notre Dame in which he had a triple double with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists during #4/#4 UConn’s 75-74 Big East overtime win at the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford CT.
