CT Firefighters Memorial

This post was originally published on July 16, 2008.

New Britain CT fire lieutenant and artist Paul Walsh was commissioned by the State of Connecticuts Commission of Fire Prevention and Control to come up with a drawing that would be turned into the state’s firefighters memorial.

The memorial is on the grounds of the Connecticut Fire Academy on Perimeter Rd in Windsor Locks near the Air Museum.  It contains the names of all the firefighters who died in the line of duty in the Constitution State.
