Tim Cain

Bridgeport Bluefish pitch Tim Cain works during the August 27, 2004 against the Newark Bears at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard in Bridgeport CT.

Cain, who graduated from UConn, never made it to the big leagues but he did play professional ball for 17 seasons.  He pitched 12 seasons in Independent Baseball including four seasons with Bridgeport.  He also played three seasons in Triple A while with the Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Red Sox organizations.
